Committee Members gave their reports

Proposed change for Youth Section to be separated from the main club and become a charity under the SCIO system. This was passed by a majority vote and a meeting will be held soon to look at the governance

A majority vote passed the motion to increase all players membership fees to £15 per month.

Details of the proposed rebuild/refurbishment of the clubhouse shared. A further information meeting on this will be held in August.
