In other news...... West Lothian Girls
Livingston and Linlithgow girls who play as West Lothian Girls were joined by Currie and East Lothian Girls at the Girls U15 tournament which kicked off on the night of European rugby at BT Murrayfield. Several of the girls were there to enjoy the nail biting win for Edinburgh after their tournament in the back pitches at Murrayfield. The East Tournament took in a number of players from around the the lothian’s giving the girls the opportunity to come together and develop their game which was a great experience for the West Lothian Girls who played 4 games drew one and managed to score 3 wins. If anyone is looking to join our girls team please contact Maria at Livingston maria.livirfc@icloud.com or check out LivingstonRFC.com for more information

West Lothian Bulls
Livingston ladies were at home on Saturday and teamed up with Hamilton Bulls and two Falkirk players to face a team that was made up of Portlaoise (a visiting team from Ireland) and the remaining Falkirk players.
It was a day of firsts for Livi. Lucy Kidd and Lauren McInnes played in their first senior game, club president and ladies team coach / player Lee Anne Steel was refereed for the first time by her son Jack and it was Livi's first match against a team from Ireland. It was also the first match of 2018 for Livi.
The Irish ladies in particular put on a great show of rugby and won the match convincingly. The Livingston Bulls / Falkirk team failed to score a single point, however they put on brave faces throughout and relished the opportunity to learn from their more experienced peers from Ireland.
