How the PSL Order System Works

A lot of people have asked questions regarding orders through PSL. PSL have provided the following info on how the system works and what to do if you have a query.

PSL make all stock lines to order, this keeps costs under control and allows them to offer a range of clothing options. This means they operate a standard 3 week lead time on any orders made, and each product on line should carry that message, so the you are aware of that from the outset.

They then either: a. take the item from our stock if they have it and it goes into their production queue, to be embroidered and printed, then shipped or b. order the required stock from CCC, to be delivered in 7-10 days time and then go through the same process.

If there are no issues with the order, the only information the customer will receive, is automated updates from the system as the order passes through the process and is moved from new to processing, then either to in decoration, or awaiting stock and then finally to shipped. At this point, they receive an automated email from the system, with the first stage, new order received, sending them an email outlining lead times again, so they are aware of the time scale.

If the you are looking for any interim updates, you should call the main phone no 0141 891 5281 and choose option 2, which is for on line sales enquiries.

If, for whatever reason, the product they receive is not suitable, there is returns paperwork in with each order so you can explain the reason for return, ie wrong product delivered, size exchange required etc. Returns are made at the customers expense, unless in the case of faulty products or incorrect delivery by us, then we will refund the carriage to the customer.
