Livingston RFC U14 welcomed Kirkcaldy RFC U14 to Almond for their second Scottish Rugby's Mitsubishi Galant Conference league game of the season and they're first at home.
The game was to be 3 20-minute sessions. Kirkcaldy won the toss and elected to KO. Livingston started the stronger with some excellent running, passing and rucking. This was to be the story of the game. Livingston was also excellent in the scrum all day with some good technique being demonstrated.

Livingston opened the scoring early on and continued to press but was resolute in defense with Kirkcaldy unable to get through despite some big powerful runners. After the first session, Livingston was 14 – 0 up.

The second session was very much the same, but Kirkcaldy did score a try late on and converted it. The score at the close of the 2nd 3rd was Livingston 34 Kirkcaldy 4.

In the 3rd and final session, Kirkcaldy scored first but missed the conversion. Livingston continued their approach that they had shown throughout the game. To keep the ball alive, looking for gaps and trying to get the ball out wide. Livingston put a further 12 points on the board before the game was brought to an end. The final score being Livingston RFC U14 46 Kirkcaldy RFC U14 7.

There was 2 man of the matches warded and they went to Fraser Worrall for some excellent running and support work on the wing rewarding him with several tries and Connor Wilson for some excellent running, finding space and some very brave defensive work in the tackle.
