Livingston Rugby Football Club Girls Youth Team is steadily growing with a fantastic group of girls. The focus of the girl’s team is one which promotes health and fitness. The girls have the opportunity to socialise within a constructive, healthy and enjoyable environment, learning with the focus on basic skills through fun activities; catching, running and passing.
